Ingredients:
For the pastry: 120 g softened butter, 240 g flour, 120 g icing sugar and 1 egg.
For the topping: 190 g single cream, 80 g milk, 200 g dark chocolate and 1 egg.
Prepare a ball of pastry by mixing together the flour, icing sugar and egg and then small knobs of softened butter. When you have an even pastry, roll it out and place it in a tart mould. Place the pastry in a pre-heated oven at 170°C for 10 minutes.
While it is baking, boil the cream + milk. Break the chocolate into pieces and pour on the mixture, adding the egg. Keep stirring the mixture until it is nice and smooth. Pour into the cooked pastry base and bake at 100°C for 25 minutes.
Leave to cool before letting chocolate gourmets feast on it!
