For over 20 years, the "Etoiles d'Alsace" (Stars of Alsace) have represented the finest restaurants and very best winstubs in the region. This association, which is unique in France, brings together 16 gourmet restaurants, 8 winstubs and 7 master bakers, confectioners, butchers and cheese makers.

The young people's menu
This festive menu is for the under 35s and includes an aperitif, dishes accompanied by a glass of wine, mineral water, coffee and a post-prandial liqueur. Its aim is to give young people the opportunity of discovering some of the very best restaurants in Alsace.
The senior menu
This is for the over 60s to rediscover the pleasure of good food by combining innovative gastronomy with a healthy diet.
The menus come in 3 versions adapted to every budget and personal taste: "prestige", "expression" and "winstub".
