"Mes Vignes" (my vines) offers you the opportunity to find out all about wine-making at Domaine Sylvie Spielmann in Alsace.
When you choose the "Mes Vignes" formula, you are embarking on an 18-month adventure following all the stages of making your own vintage wine.
- You will receive a starter kit to get you going.
- The starter kit contains: a web-wine-grower certificate, a presentation of the domain, a sample of the soil where your vines are cultivated, a vine to plant at your home (in the right season).
- You are then the owner of 12, 24 or 36 vines in a plot of land on the domain.
- You can follow how your vines are growing live on our Web site.
- You are invited to the domain for fun, practical classes on the theme of vines and wines: Discovery Course, Grape Harvest and the Wine-making Process, Wine Maturing, Refining and Tasting.
- You receive customised bottles of your Special "Mes Vignes" Vintage.
